Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic wear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Lost or stolen products
• Damage to your phone or other personal property

Warranty Claims

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short description of what happened

If your claim is approved, we'll replace the product with the same or a comparable item based on availability.
