Refund policy

Simple & Easy Returns

• Returns and exchanges are offered within 30 days of delivery.
• A $5 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please return unused items with the original packaging.
• Email support@steeplab.co to start a return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@steeplab.co and we'll make it right. The $5 return fee does not apply to approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want and start a return. There is no return fee on exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method, less the $5 return fee.
